Family and Maternity Portraits, ECR

God writes the most beautiful stories and this shoot is a testament to that!

In March of 2020, I was an intern working for an amazing photographer and one of the families she served was this sweet couple, Sonia and Sandeep who were expecting their first child then. I was at that shoot as an intern and that was the first time we met. I honestly never expected to see them again. However, to my huge surprise, we did meet again at another celebration! They turned out to be the godparents of one of the babies whose dedication I was photographing. It was so sweet to meet them there but to get to photograph them now is a greater pleasure and such an honor. What a dream! If anyone had come up to me 5 years ago and told me this would happen I definitely wouldn't have believed them! God truly does write the best stories!

What a beautiful evening this was! Sonia and Sandeep are soft spoken and so sweet and their daughter Lisa is just such a joy and was such a gem to work with. My favourite thing about them was how soft and sweet Sonia and Sandeep were to each other and to Lisa. Their conversations were filled with so much love and joy. Their bond was just so beautiful to witness and photograph. And they were all such champs, especially Sonia who is so close to the due date and yet she and her sweet family were ready to do anything I requested! Working with them was just so fun! There were so many giggles and just so much joy. They were so sweet that they got me some amazing behind the scenes pictures and chocolates.

Praise God for giving us a beautiful evening, for the perfect weather, for all the provision and for making everything absolutely perfect!
